The Plant Proteins.co Story
As someone who’s eaten a primarily plant-based diet for over 15 years, I’ve pretty much tried it all. But I’ve struggled at times to get the protein I need in my everyday diet. With the popularity of Paleo and other diets, I wondered “Is it possible to get enough protein from only eating plants?”
Through research from reading hundreds of articles and books, I was surprised to find getting protein from plants wasn’t nearly as hard as I thought. If some of the healthiest, fittest people in the world, like bodybuilders and pro athletes, can get their protein from plants, so can you and I.
I created PlantProteins.co to make it easy for you to figure out how to get more protein from plants.
In 2019, I completed a certificate program in Plant-Based Nurition from eCornell. My education has continued through various seminars and conferences, such as the 2019 Northwest Health and Nutrition Conference.
